Returns Policy
URBAN TONIK ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with whatever you buy from us, and so we are happy to refund or exchange items bought from our online store within 7 days of purchase, providing the items are unworn, unchanged and undamaged in any way, with labels and tags still attached.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges for changes of mind or incorrect size purchases, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
Just email us at hello@urbantonik.com.au to initiate your return/exchange and we’ll work with you to process it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned items and advise you of the next steps.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
All SALE items are FINAL and are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
All returns must be authorised by Urban Tonik.
Credit Notes are valid for six months
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.
