Shipping

We aim to ship goods within 48 hours of order confirmation. We ship Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Urban Tonik cannot be responsible for third party delays in transit.

Free pick up from our Hastings Street, Noosa address is available for all in-stock items. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Deliveries to New Zealand
Flat rate for all packages | $30.00 (5-7 days)

Re-shipping
Please make sure you give us the correct address details for your order. Any returned orders that need to be re-shipped will be charged for the full shipping cost.

Other info
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 7 business days. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business some products will sell out in a short amount of time and may not be able to be re ordered.
